My name is Beauthin Fadana and I wear many hats each one woven with a deep sense of purpose, passion, and a commitment to creating impact wherever I go.
I’m an author, a graduate in Human Resource Management, the proud founder of two purpose-driven initiatives Young Urban agency and Help A Sister Foundation and currently serving as the Captain of the prestigious Great Harbour Yacht Club in the United States.
While each role may seem different on the surface, they are all rooted in the same mission uplifting others, building community, and leaving a legacy of leadership and compassion.
Born with a heart for people and a mind for leadership, I have always been drawn to opportunities that allow me to grow and give at the same time. My academic background in Human Resource Management gave me a strong foundation in understanding people, culture, and organizational success. It deepened my desire to not just work for a paycheck, but to build systems and spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered.
As the Founder of Young Urban, I lead a forward-thinking platform aimed at empowering ambitious young adults especially in urban environments to grow personally and professionally. We believe in dreaming big, starting now, and building a future rooted in boldness, purpose, and faith.
That desire extended into my writing. Becoming an author gave me a voice beyond the workplace a way to express the stories, struggles, and triumphs that shape who we are. Through my books, I aim to inspire, challenge, and connect with people across cultures and backgrounds.
With Help A Sister Foundation, my mission is deeply personal. Inspired by my own upbringing and experiences, the foundation supports children and young women through mentorship, education, and charitable outreach. I’ve always believed that those who are privileged have a responsibility to give back and this foundation is my way of doing just that.
What Drives Me
In addition to my philanthropic work, I proudly serve as Captain of Great Harbour Yacht Club in the United States. This role has allowed me to lead with integrity, represent a distinguished institution, and foster a culture of excellence, hospitality, and community among members and guests from around the world.
At the core of everything I do is a deep faith in God, a passion for people, and a belief in the power of service. I believe leadership is not just about titles it’s about impact. It’s about how many lives you touch, how many dreams you help unlock, and how many doors you open for others along the way.
